Parent Resources
At Raicho Hoikuen, our commitment to our families is to enhance the development growth and learning experience of every child within a nurturing daycare environment. We accomplish this by providing quality programs that foster self-esteem and encourage curiosity.
★WE offer your child large doses of love, caring and understanding daily in an atmosphere that emphasize learning through play in the woods, fields, and places in the building and outdoors.
★WE give your child a unique daycare experiences filled with opportunities to explore the world by having tea ceremony classes, dance programs, Koto (Japanese instrument) classes, English classes, gymnastic programs, and flower arranging experiences.
★WE build your child a self-esteem and honesty by introducing Zen Buddhism. Through Zen Buddhism, our goal for every child is to be thankful for what you are and what you have, to have a healthy spirits mind and body, to be caring of others, to be warm hearted, and try new things to help your child’s growth.
★WE grow our own vegetables on our farms and cook them by ourselves. Through this experience, we learn how the vegetables grow and how to harvest. We can also appreciate food and thank the blessings of nature.
★WE provide your child fresh home-made lunch and snacks each day. We have 4 staff members who cook in our kitchen. We make soup with our original natural broth. We make our original menu that provides your child with all natural products and ingredients. If your child has an allergy, please consult with your home doctor so that we can provide non-allergy meal.
